A perpentual latecomer i had always been for work. Today marks the start of a brand new day (to be precise, actually it started few days back), the old way is ditched, a new one replaces it.
A bad habit such as this should be eradicated as soon as possible. No one likes a latecomer, neither do I... I will be rejoining the public sector in less than 3 years time, such habit might translate to a loss of revenue in a fast-paced sector where usually time is money!
My lecturer frequently stressed the importance of value-adding oneself. To me, being an early bird is a way i value-add myself, to prepare myself for the impending exodus.
3 years is a short time, passing in a blink of an eye. Hopefully i can reach the target i had set for myself by then, becoming a graduate with some specializations in my field of choice.
This is just but the starting tip of a long long journey. The real cruncher starts when i begin my second career. That is the real do-or-die period. If you see me driving a whole new BMW 3 series by then,it means i had reach where i wanna be. If not? I am probably struggling to make ends meet.
