The top 10 unintentionally worst company URL

| | Comments (2)

Everyone knows that if you are going to operate a business in today’s
world you need a domain name. It is advisable to look at the domain name
selected as other see it and not just as you think it looks. Failure to do
this may result in situations such as the following (legitimate) companies
who deal in everyday humdrum products and services but clearly didn’t give
their domain names enough consideration:

1. A site called ‘Who Represents’ where you can find the name of the agent
that represents a celebrity. Their domain name… wait for it… is
www.whorepresents.com

2. Experts Exchange, a knowledge base where programmers can exchange
advice and views at
www.expertsexchange.com

3. Looking for a pen? Look no further than Pen Island at
www.penisland.net

4. Need a therapist? Try Therapist Finder at
www.therapistfinder.com

5. Then of course, there’s the Italian Power Generator company…
www.powergenitalia.com

6. And now, we have the Mole Station Native Nursery, based in New South
Wales:
www.molestationnursery.com

7. If you’re looking for computer software, there’s always
www.ipanywhere.com

8. Welcome to the First Cumming Methodist Church. Their website is
www.cummingfirst.com

9. Then, of course, there’s these brainless art designers, and their
whacky website:
www.speedofart.com

10. Want to holiday in Lake Tahoe? Try their brochure website at
www.gotahoe.com

Chicken Rice review!

It's a CATS' day~

| | Comments (0)

Was down at my usual workshop the other day to do some routine servicing for my beloved LUCY! =)

While waiting for my turn, I parked my bike outside the shop and went around (as usual) to talk to the familiar faces that I know.

Turning back, I saw, for the first time in about close to a year (that was hw "short" a time i started patronising the workshop! hee hee =X) , I actually saw the cat that Ah Biao (the mechanic) own, jumped onto my seat and sit there.
Well I never see the cat do it to any other bikes, mine was the first that I had seen! hehe

Here's how the beautiful cat looks like! =)

It never failed to ooze out this aura of class, and snobbishness whenever I was there! Well, I guessed this personality is in born, comes with the breed ya ?

And did I ever tell you guys how much of a soft spot i have for small little cutesy kittens ? The cat above gave birth recently, and this is its child!

This kitten is kinda "gian song", whenever i play with it, it will always put on a hostile front! try to scratch me first, due to its infancy stages, its claws wasnt any trouble for me, so it failed to scratch me, of course! Weapon 2 - it tried to bite me with its barely matured tooth! that failed miserably again!

in the end ?

I tickle it , it "song", and it gave up the fight and just lie there and enjoy.... -_-"
now talk about hostility.... LOL!!!!!

Sub me ! Sub me !

Went bike viewing with a friend of mine!

He wanna get this cutesy mini scrambler called the Kawasaki KSR 110! =D
Courtesy of my new hp cam, here's how the petite thing look like~

Looks cute ya ? =D
Its mileage is only like 2600+ km ? As good as new and 90% modded! And the price is a good one too~
Next time can bring him go trail with me! *evil grins*

And did I tell you that he agreed to add me as a sub-rider ? weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~~~~~~~
when he go overseas, i will play with the cute cute baby~ *hiak hiak hiak*

The SE Cybershot K800i!~

Just got the first ever 3G/Cam phone of my life!!! (okok, i know i am a swa ku... but come on, i am in the army, cant use good phone leh.... =/)

presenting to you guys the Sony Ericsson K800i!!!!

The reason why i bought this phone ? Well quite a few! let me jolt it down!

1. CHEAP! haha. $338 with 2 years contract!!! Hmmmm M1 sent me a $150 voucher after my contract ends, and I never recontract for like 2 months ? So I guessed they wanna keep me as customer, thus sent me this EVIL voucher to tempt me.... and i fell to the temptation... GOD DAMN IT! hehe! In the end this babe cost me only $188! haha!

2. The cam on the phone is pretty good shit! Auto focus, spot metering, flash, 3.2 megapixel! holy! I think this is the best hp cam out there so far! To me at least! The N73 boast a 3.2 mp too! But I heard the lens is laggy! so off it goes out of my list, laggy lens cant make it anyway.... cause the lag of the lens is the major factor why pics will look so off... still getting to grips with how to use the cam efficiently though! So look out ya ? The blog will be more liven up with pics since I will take pics of interesting things along the way and post them here!

3. I need a cam to take pics for the blog! A digicam is good, but it only can fulfil so much... I pretty like the idea of dual-purpose! And for serious works, I can always turn to my SLRs ! =)

4. Contract up! Voucher expiration date up! So must use use use before I lose the lobang!

So there goes, the reason why i get the phone! =D
Reasons or excuses ? You figure it out yourself ya?

Wats bad about this phone ?
So far nothing... Except that the Sony M2 Memory card cost a freaking $95 for 1 GB!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THATS SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO EXXXXXXXXXXXX!
PUI!~~~~~
Lan lan.... next month then buy.... !%^#^#%@!#~!#

Any adventurous soul out there ?

The Covenant

Renny Harlin (DIE HARD 2, DEEP BLUE SEA) directs this supernatural thriller about descendants of powerful New England families. The sons of Ipswich are legendary at Spenser Academy, the local boarding school. Handsome and popular, these four teenage friends can trace their roots to the founding families of the Ipswich Colony, settled in the late 1600s. For years these Massachusetts families have harbored the secret that they possess supernatural powers. Their descendants--Caleb (Steven Strait), Reid (Toby Hemingway), Tyler (Chace Crawford), and Pogue (Taylor Kitsch)--have inherited magical powers that first manifested themselves when the boys turned 13 years old. In a nutshell, they can do anything. As they approach their 18th birthdays, they are preparing to "ascend," which means their powers will grow stronger. The downside? The magic is seductive and addictive, and causes premature aging with each use.

Ringleader Caleb tries to keep his friends from using magic recklessly, but as the school year begins, strange events and a strong gut instinct convince Caleb that someone is using very powerful magic. Meanwhile, Caleb is exploring his newfound affection for transfer student Sarah (Laura Ramsey). To Caleb’s dismay, Sarah becomes a pawn in a power struggle with a descendant of the fifth founding family of Ipswich, a line thought to be lost during Salem’s witch trials. Is Caleb strong enough to maintain his power and keep his family and friends safe, or will he yield to this new threat and sacrifice himself? The film draws interesting parallels between the luring, addictive power of magic and the addictions real teenagers face. The sufficiently creepy setting echoes New England and sets the stage for supernatural phenomena

Went to catch it with a friend at The Cathay just now! And to better it off, the ticket cost us $5.70 ea! haha! 12% when you pay with UOB Credit Cards!!! Although not a lot of savings, it sure beats not having any!

Well, I like shows with mystique and dark story lines! And the Covenant is definitely one such show ! The movie falls onto a "witch" background.
How the witches were hunted in the early centuries, the ones that escaped that massacre of witches hide in Ipswich, England, and formed their own covenant, between 5 families.

I shall not touch on too much bout the story less you guys wanna catch it or something.

What I like bout the show other than the background, the witchcraft, is the way the camera men shot the movies! the style, the technique! well, they are alluring ! Really kinda glues you onto the silver screen and slowly leads you into the movie! Well shot ! well shot! Nice use of angles, bluring effects! I love the camera men! ~

Well, only 1 bad bout the show though - the predictable story line, gets a bit boring after a while when you can foresee the stuffs coming.... =/
